Very happy with the service from here. Will certainly be back again. Just went for a transmission service, but they also picked up a shredded drive belt that SHOULD have been picked up by the regular service guy just 2 weeks beforehand. Very friendly, and very competent.

Excellent to deal with. Very friendly and take you through any changes that need to happen. They'll provide quotes and explain before doing anything. Used to get a Holden astra serviced by them, now a freelander, they've been consistent and great every time

Took my 2012 Kia Cerato in for its 100k service. Thinking I was probably going to be hit with a decent bill due to the 100k service, but was pleasantly surprised when Peter called me to let me know the car was ready and all running smoothly. No extra charges on top of standard serving fees. Car feels great, even for a Kia 😉I'll be using Peter and his team from now on.
My Audi RS5 developed a problem with its DSG double clutch mechatronic gearbox. Audi dealer (who had regularly serviced the vehicle) replaced parts at great expense but never actually solved the problem. Self investigation via Audi owners forum indicated the problem was a known issue resulting in an official Audi service bulletin back in 2012. Audi dealership did not want to acknowledge the existence of the SB which is why they never accurately diagnosed the root cause at my expense.....Harry and Peter at Future Tech Box Hill took time out to go over my RS5's service history and knew from experience exactly what the likely issue was. They showed me examples of similar issues with other DSG gearboxes already in their workshop.As a mechanical engineer myself, speaking with Harry and Peter and inspecting their workshop facilities gave me confidence in their ability.Root cause turned out to be faults in the DSG mechatronics oil control solenoids and circuit board.Have my baby back and she's as good as new again after a DSG Mechatronics overhaul, Dual clutch replacement and calibration, rear differential service and basic engine service.Peter and Harry kept me informed with milestone updates along the way.Happy to pay a fair price for work based on knowledge and good old fashioned customer service.A company is a collection of people. I can highly recommend Harry and Peter at Future Tech to look after your classic or modern baby.
I take my Toyota Hilux in every 6 months for a standard service. Their knowledge of 4WDS and cars in general is excellent. They diagnose issues with cars very quickly and offer reasonable alternatives or solutions to problems. Very friendly staff who always have the time of day to explain things to you, even if you have no knowledge of cars like me. A happy returning customer.
My Mercedes A-Class was headed for the scrap heap when Mercedes dealers were only interested in replacing the transmission at a cost in excess of half the original car purchase price. Honest and experienced mechanics. I came in thinking there was something internally wrong with my transmission, as my car was having trouble shifting from low to high range gears. After some inspection Harry was able to diagnose the problem being a faulty throttle position sensor, and replaced it with a new one. My car now has a smoother shift in gears, and the heavy idling in my car has stopped.Both Peter and Harry kept me in the loop about what was happening and were willing to explain to me the process, not all of which I understood but was grateful nonetheless that they took the time to help me understand. Would recommend Future-Tech to anyone having troubles with their transmission system.
Having a German made car I specifically take it to these guys at Future Tech as they understand all the issues that can arise. Peter and Harry always communicate about the work required prior to going ahead and there are no surprises when the car is ready. They take the time to show and explain what works has been carried out and the parts that were replaced. I will continue to bring my car to these guys.
We have a 1996VS Commodore with 220,000 on the clock. The transmission was slipping and needed repair. The team at Future-Tech did a fantastic job of rebuilding the transmission back to original spec as well as replacing the rear main seal. The job was done very promptly and professionally and the car is like new again - ready for another 200,000kms. Harry, Peter and the rest of the team were great to deal with and we would definitely recommend them to others and use again ourselves. Thanks for a great job A+++
Very honest & friendly, & clearly know what they’re doing! The first time I dealt with them, rather than take on the job themselves & charge me for it, they gave me all the info I needed to get the repairs done under warranty with the dealer. I don’t go anywhere else now!
These guys were great with my VW Golf that had an electric window issue. They chased it for a week and went over and above and it didn't cost me the mint I expected.
Took my 2010 Ford Territory in to get beefed up Transmission Cooler. Charged same price as dealer would have, but it was obvious they knew much more than the Ford dealers (I rang two) about the car itself.Work was done promptly and they also advised about potential future issues that were unrelated. The staff and management were very friendly. The workshop is spotless.
